TAMPA, Fla. (970 WFLA) – Tampa Police detectives are actively working to identify a male and a female who police say committed three armed robberies that occurred between 10:30 p.m. Tuesday night and 3:40 a.m. Wednesday morning. 

Police said the first one happened at 10:34 p.m. when a woman drove up to the Bank of America ATM machine located at 100 N. Westshore Blvd. to withdraw money. 

While removing the money from the machine, police said a man approached and pointed a black handgun at her, snatched the money out of her hands, and told her to drive away. 

The second one happened less than 20 minutes later at 10:51 p.m. when a man drove up to the Bank of America drive-up ATM machine located at 3030 W. Kennedy Blvd. to withdraw money. Once he entered his debit card and pin number in the machine, police said he saw a black, two-door vehicle stop behind him in the ATM lane. Police said a man got out from the driver's side of the vehicle and approached the victim, pointed a pistol at him, and told him to drive away. As the victim drove away, police said the suspect took the money from the ATM machine and got away in a black, two-door vehicle. 

Police said the third happened at the parking garage of the rand Hyatt on the Courtney Campbell Causeway. According to the victims, they were parked watching videos on their cell phones when two suspects came up on foot, police said.

Police said suspect #1 pointed a handgun at the couple demanding their cash while suspect #2 stood by the driver's door armed with a pistol.

Then police said the suspects got away in a black, two or four-door compact vehicle, possibly a Nissan or Toyota.

Police released the following descriptions:

Suspect #1: w/m 22-27 yoa, thin build, 5'9- 5'11, 150-180 lbs, black scarf over mouth, wearing dark plaid long sleeve shirt with jeans, dark ski cap, brown eyes, armed with a semi-automatic handgun

Suspect #2: w/f wearing a black bandana tied around the head, brown or black fleece hoodie with hood over head, skinny with a "bony face", 25-27 years old, blonde hair, black hoodie with a black bandana covering her face.

Police said there were no injuries.

According to Tampa detectives, they believe that all three armed robberies are related based on the suspects' descriptions provided by the victims and video surveillance.
