The next time you have breakfast you may not have to have yogurt and fruit, you may be able to reach for bacon!

Reporter Nina Teicholza has a new book 'The Big Fat Surprise' and is claiming that "Saturated fat is really not bad for health … it doesn't cause obesity, diabetes and heart disease."
