This is , a 19-year-old Joshua Jones, he has been told by his doctors he has 90 days to live after stopping chemotherapy for inoperable tumors in his spine.

His friends & family pulled together enough money to buy him front row seats to see his favorite baseball team, the L.A. Dodgers, play one last time. When the game was over Joshua got the surprise of his life. His favorite player, Matt Kemp came over to sign his baseball, and gave him the clothes & cleats off his back!

In an article from the Los Angeles Times, Joshua's brother said, “I don't think words can explain how great this was...If this is the last memory of his life, it was an incredible one.”

Matt wasn't planning on taking off his hat, jersey and cleats, he didn't know this was being filmed or even Joshua's name at the time. “I said hi to him, he just looked at me in kind of shock, and it almost got me,” Kemp said. “It almost got me.”
