It simply can't get any easier than this recipe. Here is what I did...

  • Get your Crock-Pot out
  • Place 3 chicken breasts in the Crock-Pot
  • Dump 2 jars of salsa in the Crock-Pot
  • Cook for 5 hours on high or 8 hours on low until chicken can be easily shredded with a fork

That's it! You can serve it alone, or on top of Quinoa. Healthy & delicious!
