FOODIE FRIDAY: Crock pot lasagna! So good!

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 pound Italian sausage

1/2 pound ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

3 cans Italian-style tomato sauce

2 teaspoons dried basil leaves

 1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 container part-skim ricotta cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

15 uncooked lasagna noodles

DIRECTIONS:

Brown meat with onions.

Mix ricotta cheese with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

Once meat is brown add tomato sauce.

Layer your ingredients into your crock pot.

Cook 4-6 hours.
