Harvey Levin phoned in to On Air with Ryan Seacrest to give us the latest update on Justin Bieber‘s troubles.
Harvey explained the 19-year-old pop star now has “three active criminal investigations going.”
“Let’s talk Canada first, because that’s where Justin Bieber is now charged with the crime of assault for an altercation with a limo driver,” Harvey shares. “He supposedly got in a fight with a limo driver. Justin was in the backseat and the limo driver, we’re told, is saying Justin hit him in the back of the head repeatedly. So the limo driver wants charges filed and the police obliged and Justin went there Wednesday night.”
Aside from the alleged fight with a limo driver, Justin is also in hot water for his recent arrest in Miami, where he was charged with DUI, driving with an expired license, and resisting arrest.
“We got a hold of the toxicology report in the DUI arrest last week and it shows he tested positive for marijuana and an anti-anxiety drug like Xanax. And according to the reports we got, Justin, and this is the way the cops put it, he was excited, talkative, insulting, cocky and profane when he was arrested.”
And after having the cops raid his house after egging his neighbor, not to mention previous neighbor complaints in the past, the “Boyfriend” singer is officially moving out of his Calabasas home.
“He’s looking for wide open spaces. He wants room to play with his ATVs and he wants to have a skateboard park,” Harvey explains, adding that the wish list for his new property oddly resembles Michael Jackson‘s Neverland Ranch.
“I think it’s like Neverland. He’s like Michael Jackson, I mean so much is like Michael Jackson. But, he’s looking for this wide open space … he doesn’t want neighbors on top of him … he’d like to live in LA but he’s willing to go as far as Santa Barbara.”
