A member of his 180-person campaign team said he couldn't get the 132,781 signatures by July 15 in order to be eligible to run in Florida and also couldn't get it done in California.
Steve Kramer told New York Magazine, "He's out" and he's in the process of getting 'stuff cancelled'.
He also said: "I have nothing good or bad to say about Kanye... Any candidate running for president for the first time goes through these hiccups."
