Social Media Rules For When You're In A Relationship

Women use mobile application software on smartphone phone

Independent.com put together a list of rules for social media when it comes to being in a relationship and we definitely think they are crucial when it comes to setting healthy boundaries.

Check them out:

DATES = NO PHONE ZONE

Sometimes date nights or day dates with your partner can be rare so you want to make sure you are spending quality time with your person and not letting there be any distractions between the two of you.

SET A TIME TO UNPLUG

There should be a certain time you should put down your phone, maybe an hour or two before bed...

ASK BEFORE POSTING PICTURES

It's "man crush Monday" or "woman crush Wednesday" and you want to post a little appreciation post for your partner. Yes, its your social media account but it's also nice to give a heads up or ask your partner before posting :)

DON'T FOLLOW YOUR EXES ACCOUNT

This one should be a no brainer. Unless your ex is still in your same friends group or your partner knows them, there is NO need to be following your ex.
