Alan Thicke, best known for playing Dr. Jason Seaver on 'Growing Pains', has a special place in Tampa Bay history. Why you ask? Well, as a longtime friend of Lightning founder Phil Espositom he was the Master of Ceremonies for the inaugural Tampa Bay Lightning hockey game.
