A brand new baby Okapi calf was born this week at Zoo Tampa. It has chocolate brown fur and zebra-like striped legs...and is adorable.
Okapis are very rare and Zoo Tampa hopes the birth will draw much-needed attention to a species in need of saving.
We can't wait to see it our next trip there!
