For 19 select nights, there is nowhere to hide at Howl-O-Scream 2018.
Designed to terrify, Busch Gardens’ haunted houses will return with a
vengeance, but the scares don’t stop there. Unspeakable horror lives in
every dark corner, including on Busch Gardens’ pulse-pounding thrill rides
and new, gruesome realm recommended for guest over the age of 17.
Howl-O-Scream 2018 is bringing fear to the next level and once you’re
in there’s nothing to fear but everything.

15th Annual Pumpkin Palooza Fall Festival (SPJWC) | 10/6 from 11a - 4p
GFWC St. Petersburg Women's Club presents the 15th Annual Pumpkin Palooza! It is
open to the public and features kid’s inflatables, petting zoo, games, prizes, a pumpkin
patch, pumpkin decorating, crafts, face and hair painting, raffle goodie baskets, bingo
and much more. It is well attended and has become a highly anticipated community event!
This is not only fun for the whole family but a canned food drive too!!

Sesame Street Kids’ Weekends and Halloween Painting at Busch Gardens | Weekends during 10/6 -10/28 from 11a - 3:30p
Celebrate Halloween with Elmo, Abby, Grover and all your favorite Sesame Street®
friends every Saturday and Sunday during Sesame Street® Safari of Fun Kids’ Weekends.
Show off your family costumes during each themed weekend while you trick-or-treat, enjoy
exclusive crafts, explore through a hay bale maze and play fall-inspired activities and games
in our newly expanded festival area. Then, join your favorite Sesame Street friends during
a character dance party!

Heritage UMC Pumpkin Patch in Clearwater | 10/6 – 10/31
The Heritage’s annual Pumpkin Patch is the Student Ministry’s main fundraiser of
the year and goes towards helping to fund their events all year long! From mission trips,
to Bible studies and everything in between, the Pumpkin Patch is the backbone in
helping the teenagers develop their relationship with Jesus, and setting them on a path
that leads them forward into their futures.
You can also support them by volunteering to setup, break down, and work the Patch
throughout the month of October.

Scarecrow Festival at the Pioneer Florida Museum in Dade City | 10/13 from 9a-5p
Build your own scarecrow, pumpkin patch, pumpkin painting, Indian Corn Maze, petting zoo,
pony rides, face painting, bounce house, slide, barrel train rides, knockerball, rock climbing,
live entertainment with Mr. Tommy, touch - a - truck, carnival games, great VENDORS,
community booths with give away items (while they last) & FOOD trucks and more!
All museum buildings open, docents in period costumes. Plenty of photo opportunities
and our very own "live" SCARECROW Ruby Cornbread will be available for photos.

They even have FREE parking and planned remote parking (also free) at the
Dade City, Robert D. Sumner Judicial Center, Courthouse, buses running (to and from)!
Heights Fall Festival at Armature Works in Tampa | 10/13 from 11a - 8p & 10/14 from 11a-6p
The first ever Armature Works' Heights Fall Festival will feature a food drive
benefiting Metropolitan Ministries, pumpkin patch, live music, interactive games
and activities for the whole family, face painters and more. Attendees who donate
5 or more non-perishable food items to the food drive will receive a voucher for a
complimentary 81Bay beer.

Tampa’s most historic – and most haunted – majestic movie palace presents
13 nights of petrifying programming on Oct. 19-31 for everyone from hard-core
horror fans to the gentlest ghosts & goblins, including classic horror movies,

City of Oldsmar's Haunted Happenings | 10/26 from 6p -9p
The City of Oldsmar is once again partnering with Empower Adventures Tampa
Bay to offer a Spooktacular Family Event - Halloween Happenings!Join us on Friday,
October 26 at the Mobbly Bayou Environmental Education Center, located at
423 Lafayette Blvd. in Oldsmar, from 6-9 pm. Parking will be available at Bicentennial Park,
where participants can hop on a hayride to be transported to the event. Overflow
parking will be located at the boat ramp parking lot, located off National Orange Avenue.
The annual Costume Contest is open to children ages 12 and under; registration will
begin at 5 pm and the Contest starts at 6 pm. Participants will be judged based on age groups
2 & under, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12.The Spooky Walking Path will open at 7 pm and bounce houses will
be on-site. This portion is free and open to the public. Sorry, no pets are permitted at this event.Empower Adventures Tampa Bay will be offering 'Zip & Repel' programs from 6-9 pm
during this event for $10 per person. Age & weight restrictions are 7 years old & up and
70 pounds minimum. Tandem opportunities are available; no costume capes will be

The 7th Annual Fantasma Fest-Little Monster’s Promenade & Pumpkin Patch is
where kids enjoy face painting, choose from over 2000 FREE pumpkins to decorate
and show off their costumes by trick-or-treating down historic 7th Avenue with Ybor
City merchants.

The 3rd Annual Riverwalk Trick or Treat event will take place on October 27, 2018 from
4-7pm on the Tampa Riverwalk. Kids in costume along with their families are invited to
Trick or Treat along the entire Riverwalk as part of this FREE community event.
At the conclusion of the event, there will be a free family-friendly Halloween movie in
Water Works park hosted by Friends of Tampa Recreation.

An Eerie Evening at the Tampa Bay Hotel | 10/27 from 7p -10p
See the Museum in moonlight as you’ve never seen it before and hear creepy tales
from days long past. Learn about spirit photography and create your own haunting
image. Victorian mourning and funeral customs come to life as eerie entities roam the
halls. Period lighting and candles set the stage for true stories of death, homesick
soldiers, and poisons. Lantern light will flicker off the walls as visitors travel to the
brink of a shadow world.

Guppyween at The Florida Aquarium | 10/27 - 10/28 from 1p - 5p
Guppyween is the one time of year they lets wild animals, ghosts and
princesses roam The Florida Aquarium! At this year's Guppyween there'll be
candy stations throughout the Aquarium, a Halloween-themed scavenger hunt,
underwater pumpkin carving with Aquarium divers and more!
Sensory Guppyween | 10/28 from 8:30a - 9:30a
A special Guppyween for families and children with sensory differences to
trick-or-treat throughout the Aquarium in a low stress environment and includes
a meet-and-greet opportunity with Tango, the Aquarium's sea turtle mascot.
Doors will open at 8 AM for Sensory Guppyween guests only, with lights and
sounds adapted for individuals with sensory differences and their families.
The kids' outdoor play area will be open. Once Sensory Guppyween ends
at 9:30 AM and the Aquarium opens for normal business hours, guests are
welcome to continue exploring (headphones are available at the Aquarium's
Guest Services).
