BRADY BACK: Twitter Post Teases Return to Bucs

TAMPA -- Just weeks after announcing his retirement, it appears Tom Brady may be unretiring.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback who's won more Super Bowls than any other posted Sunday evening that he "realized my place is on the field and not in the stands... I'm coming back for my 23rd (NFL) season in Tampa."

Brady's tweet also mentioned his "supportive family" and teammates for "(making) it all possible." He ended with the words "Unfinished business. LFG"

The Bucs responded with a tweet quoting the "unfinished business" line adding, "Go Bucs."

Brady announced his retirement on February 1st, just over a week after the Bucs ended their season with a divisional playoff loss to eventual Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Rams.

Brady won Super Bowl LV with the Buccaneers after winning six with the New England Patriots.

The last six weeks have been full of discussion of potential free agents who could take over at QB, a discussion that presumably is over.

The announcement comes just a day after what was thought to be the ball used in Brady's last NFL touchdown pass sold for auction for over half a million dollars.
