Food Network star Guy Fieri paid a visit this week to some Florida students.
He recently found out about the Culinary Arts program at Lake Worth High School and showed up to donate $20,000 from the Guy Fieri Foundation.
"So I said that if they're doing that and if they've got this many kids there's probably a way that I can help out through my foundation. So we brought down a little donation today and wanted to speak with the kids and just encourage them, you know, if you wanna be a chef or not it doesn't matter. Cooking is a life skill that everybody needs to have."
Fieri spent about 90 minutes with the students, sharing life tips that included the importance of working hard and volunteering to serve others.
He bought a home in the city about a year ago, but only recently made that news public.
