SpaceX Starship Reaches Earth Orbit Despite Engine Trouble

SpaceX's massive Starship rocket successfully launched and finally makes it into low earth orbit for the first time Monday morning

Despite this initial call, SpaceX eventually cleared Starship to orbit the Earth six times.

The rocket is carrying 26 Starlink satellites that are expected to deploy during the flight.

Flight 14 will end with splashdown in the Pacific Ocean west of Chile.

Plans ultimately call for Starship to carry Artemis 4 astronauts to the surface of the moon in a mission set for late 2028.
