Miami Gardens, FL - A 29-year-old man is facing charges after possibly ejaculating on a stranger inside a South Florida Walmart.
Police say Justin Jenardo Harris, identified as homeless in his arrest report, approached a woman in the paint section on Tuesday shortly after 2:15 pm at the Walmart located on NW Second Avenue near the Golden Glades interchange in Miami Gardens.
Authorities say the victim reported that Harris brushed up against her inappropriately.
When the victim confronted him, Harris allegedly denied any wrongdoing and walked away.
The woman later discovered a suspicious substance, possibly semen, on her clothing and notified an off-duty Miami Gardens officer who was present at the store.
Harris was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor count of lewd and lascivious behavior.
While being taken into custody, Harris became belligerent and banged his head repeatedly against the plexiglass divider in the police car, causing over $1,000 in damage.
This additional act resulted in a felony charge of criminal mischief.
Harris is being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a $2,500 bond.
