Palm Beach County is gearing up for a second run as home to the so-called "Winter White House."

The transition process is underway, as President-Elect Trump interviews his potential White House staff and Cabinet members.

While that process was primarily headquartered at Trump Tower in Manhattan back in 2016, much of that is reportedly happening now at his office along Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach.

That's not far from Mar-a-Lago, which has already seen increased security in the wake of two assassination attempts on the former and future president. Those security measures and road closures could ramp up after Trump takes office, especially when he visits his Palm Beach estate.

It will also mean the return of potentially frequent rolling roadblocks for drivers whenever Trump heads to town.
