Another Push For Hands-Free Cellphone Ban In Florida

Another push is on to ban drivers from holding their phones on the road as Republican Senator Erin Grall revives her hands-free ban from last year. Demetrius Branca lost his 19-year-old son in 2014 when he was hit by a distracted driver in Tallahassee. The law would stop drivers from making calls from their phone, holding it or resting it on their lap. Violators would face fines and points on their license.
