It all began when he was just 9 years old and waiting in line at the popular fast food chain Popeyes. His side-eye gained popularity and was made into a meme shared several times over the last 10 years.
Now, a decade later, Collin has grown up and plays college football at Erie College in Painsville, Ohio.
According to Foodbeast, because Collins is allowed to earn sponsorship money through a name, image, and likeness deal, also known as a NIL, Popeye has signed him to a sponsorship that will include his name, image, and likeness on billboards and in advertisements.
