Now there's surveillance video of the accuser and Cuba Gooding, Jr at a nightclub last week. He appears to grope her chest around the :35 mark in the video and she appears to also touch his chest.
His girlfriend seems to be okay with it all. As usual, there's more to the story and HERE IS MORE ON IT
This comes as a second woman says Gooding groped her in 2006 but that incident would be outside the time limit to take any legal action.
