I realize there is special training for K-9's who work with law enforcement but under no circumstance would ANY respectable K-9 trainer see this video and think there was justification. That dog lost air supply as the officer swung him around his shoulder like a rag doll. He slammed the dog against the car. Completely unbelievable and if he truly didn't think it was wrong, he wouldn't have been heard on camera asking "Is my camera off. Go turn my camera off" and then saying "No witnesses." and laughing.
